Materials

*Yarnart jeans yarn, or any similar, four colors.
*Filler holofiber
*Half bead eyes
*Hook #2

Abbreviations

MR: Magic ring
Ch: Chain
Sc: Single crochet
Slst: Slip stitch
Hdc: Half double crochet
Dc: Double crochet
Inc: Increase
Dec: Decrease

AMIGURUMI CATERPILLAR FREE PATTERN

Legs (10 parts)

1) We start with a yellow thread 6 sc in MR
2) 6 sc
3) Change the thread to green 6sc.
4-7) 6 sc
Close the hole, cut and hide the thread.

Horns (2 parts)

We start with a dark green thread.
1) 6 sc in MR
2) 6 inc =12 sc
3-4) 12 sc
5) 6 dec = 6 sc
Lightly fill with filler.
6) Change to a light green thread 6sc
7-15) 6 sc
We fasten the thread, leave the end for sewing.

Body (5 parts)

1) Green thread 6 sc in MR
2) 6 inc. = 12sc
3) (1sc,inc)*6 = 18sc
4) (2sc,inc)*6 = 24sc
5) (3sc,inc)*6 = 30sc
6) (4sc,inc)*6 = 36sc
7) (5sc,inc)*6 = 42sc
8-12) 42 sc

13) Change the thread to yellow and crochet for the back wall of the loops = 42sc
We fill the part with filler in the course of crocheting.

We tighten the hole, cut and hide the thread.

We attach the yellow thread to the half loops of the 13th row and knit a frill, in each loop there are two double crochets.

Cheeks (Make 2)

We fix the thread, leave the tip for sewing.

So almost all the details of the toy are ready, there are pads on the cheeks, everything is simple there, a circle of 5 or 6 sc in the MR and sew to the main cheeks.
Next, we make all the details of the body by sewing to each other with a strong thread of the same color, I did this with the same yarn that I knitted the details.

We make out the head and sew it to the body. Well, the last we fasten the legs with a thread fastening to each part of the caterpillar’s body.
You can just sew them on, but I like that they can be moved with thread fastening.
